Bilingual Customer Care Agent (Mandarin-Speaking)

(In-office role - Irvine, CA)

About the Role

A fast-growing skincare and beauty brand is looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Care Agent to support customers and distributors with a high-touch, white-glove experience. This role is fully on-site and requires someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat for both customers and distributors
  • Assist with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and account support from start to finish
  • Deliver "white glove" service with high attention to detail and complete issue resolution
  • Translate or explain marketing and product materials for Mandarin-speaking audiences
  • Build strong relationships that foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business
  • Document all interactions in CRM systems and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes

Who Thrives Here

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Minimum 2 years of call center or customer support experience
  • Strong communicator with excellent listening and problem-solving skills
  • Empathetic, patient, and relationship-oriented
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying organized
  • Familiar with CRM systems (beauty/skincare experience is a plus)
